Vision Statement
“Wise Women is a feminist organisation that continues to fight the oppression all women and girls experience in everyday life. We challenge society’s attitudes towards women by encouraging and supporting women to express themselves, recognise common experiences and take action for change.”
Wise Women is committed to working with women and partner agencies who share our vision.
Increasing women's safety together improves women's wellbeing, independence and ability to contribute to wider society. This improves society as a whole and makes sense financially for Glasgow City Council.
We are committed to working with women and partners who share our vision. This si particularly relevant now that Glasgow is the UK's first Feminist City, click below for relevant Council motion.
